Gaviti allows a direct connection to Xero, meaning you are able to connect your customer and invoice data to Gaviti with a short and simple process. Below are instructions on how to establish this connection.
1. Log into your Gaviti account
2. Access the "Settings" tab
3. Navigate to Integrations on the top bar
4. Click on 'Connect to ERP'
5. From the dropdown menu, select Xero
6. After a short internal configuration process, the 'Next' button should be highlighted green, click on it.
7. Clicking the 'Next' button would send you to the login menu of Xero, proceed to login using your credentials. It is preferred that the credentials used are for a user with Admin level permissions.
8. If your user has 2FA enabled, you will need to provide the 2FA login token as well and ensure that "Trust This Device" is ticked.
9. Once logged in, you will need to chose which Xero entity should be connected to Gaviti. Please note that at the moment, we're able to connect one Xero organization to one Gaviti account.
10. 'Allow Access' should be highlighted blue, click on it.
After performing these steps, the circle next to the Xero ERP connector on the Gaviti integrations page should turn green
The connection is now complete and Gaviti should sync with your Xero unit 3 times per day, if you would like to increase\decrease the frequency of these syncs, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]
