From Customers you can use their contact information to start a call from Gaviti. First ensure their phone number is entered in the phone field with any country codes included.
Click on a phone number (if it is your first time you will receive a dialog to select your preferred program. Select the program you normally use to make calls such as Teams, Zoom Dialer, RingCentral, etc.)
This will automatically open your preferred program and click the call button to start the a call.
Zoom Dialer Example:
Gaviti will also open a call notes window, where a timer will display and where notes can be entered about the call. You can also mark the call as unanswered or save & close. Both options will create a note.
Notes will appear under the Customer's activity.
