If you have more than one business entity registered with Gaviti, copying workflows between them might be a great way for you to save time and effort. Copying a workflow will copy all of the rules assigned to said workflow, including specific conditions and the bodies of all emails within that workflow.
In the workflow tab, tick the box next to the workflow you wish to copy.
Select 'Download Workflow Template'.
A JSON file containing all of the preferences for said workflow will be downloaded to your computer
Log in to the business entity you wish to upload the workflow to.
Select 'Import Workflow From Template':
Upload the JSON file
Note: You can import and export multiple workflows in a single JSON file. The workflows you import to your business entity will be added to your existing workflows and not overwrite them.
