How Do I Use Gaviti to Help My Collectors

Once you fully integrate your invoice and customer files with Gaviti, we able to not only present this data to you, but process and use it. In this article we will talk about some of the methods you can use Gaviti to help your collectors make better use of their time in reaching out to your customers.

1. Customer Risk Rating

Risk is a value we calculate based on several parameters, including the amount of open invoices the customer has, their amount, the number and amount of their overdue invoices and so on. You can view this pie chart in your main Gaviti dashboard or see the risk value assigned to each customer in your Customer's tab.

The customers' risk value is dynamic and will change according to how they handle their financials with you from the moment you sync your data with Gaviti.

2. Aging Buckets

Aging Buckets will be presented on your main dashboard and show you a breakdown of the amounts of money you upcoming/overdue invoices currently hold. You can use this information to better direct your collectors on which customers to target according to these.

3. Payment Forecasting

Using the information provided to us by your invoices, Gaviti is able to make predictions regarding your future financials. We take information from the last six months and use it to predict your customers' behavior and the average time it would take them to pay an invoice.
