Once you send an email about an open invoice to one of your payers, this is what they will see:
Clicking the green highlighted invoice ID, will direct them to the Account Payable Assistant page
You payer can view and download this single invoice and click promise to pay.
Another option is a short and free registration process to the APA portal which will allow them to see all of their invoices, open and closed alike.
Note: Your payer may sign up to the Accounts Payable Assistant only with email address you provided to Gaviti under this customer.

Once they have filled their details, they will be requested to verify their email and password in an email sent from Gaviti:
Once the login process is complete, your payers will be able to view and download any open and closed invoice they have with your company.
