Gaviti Netsuite Bundle Configuration

In this article, the process of configuring the bundle to connect with your Gaviti account, as well as how to set up pulling additional data fields will be explained.

After installing the bundle, please search for Gaviti Settings in the search bar:


Open the record in Edit Mode. This will allow you to update the URL, effectively connecting your NS environment with Gaviti. Our Support staff will provide the URL.

If your company has any subsidiaries, please be sure to put the one you would like Gaviti to pull the data from in the field to the right. The default setting is to pull data from all subsidiaries if none have been marked.

To sync multiple subsidiaries to a single Gaviti business unit, select all of the desired subsidiaries from the dropdown menu, the end result should appear as below:


If you have would like to sync different subsidiaries to different Gaviti business units, begin with assigning one subsidiary to one Gaviti business units. After that, click on "New Gaviti Settings" And proceed to add the new URL and subsidiary. Repeat these steps until all of your desired subsidiaries have been assigned with Gaviti URLs.



Following these steps will allow Gaviti to pull the default information regarding your invoices and customers, allowing you to use Gaviti. Below, we will explain how to upload extra data fields to Gaviti, should you need it.
