General Sync Settings:

After installation of the Gaviti bundle, please search for Gaviti Settings in the NetSuite search bar:

Open the record in Edit mode.
This will allow you to update the URL, effectively connecting your NetSuite environment with Gaviti. Our Gaviti Support staff will provide you the correct URL.

If your company has subsidiaries, please specify the one you would like Gaviti to retrieve data from in the field on the right. If no subsidiary is selected, the system will default to pulling data from all subsidiaries.

To sync multiple subsidiaries with a single Gaviti business unit account, choose all the desired subsidiaries from the dropdown menu. The final result should appear as shown below:

If you want to sync different subsidiaries to separate Gaviti business units, start by assigning one subsidiary to one Gaviti business unit.
Then, click on "New Gaviti Settings" and add the new URL and subsidiary. Repeat these steps until all your desired subsidiaries have been assigned to their respective Gaviti URLs (ask for Gaviti support team to provide separate URL's).

By following these steps, Gaviti will be able to retrieve the default information for your invoices, customers, and PDFs, enabling you to use the platform. In the next section, we will explain how to upload additional data fields to Gaviti if needed.

Change frequency of data sync:

By default, the bundle configuration will sync all data once a day at 9:00 AM, but you can customize this schedule based on your needs. Please follow these steps:

Go to Customization > Script > Script, then click. (see the screenshot)

Pick from the table 'Gaviti Data SS' and then click 'View'.

Then click on 'Deployments' tab, select 'Gaviti Data SS' row > Edit

In the schedule section, you can set the desired frequency for data sync (e.g., every 6 hours, twice a day, etc.)
