Troubleshooting steps for resolving APA (Account Payable Assistant) login issues

In order to address the issue, please make sure:

  1. If your vendor is located in the US please make sure to use this APA link to login: https://us.apa.gaviti.com/auth/register

  2. If your vendor is located outside the US please make sure to use this APA link to login:
    https://apa.gaviti.com/auth/register

  1. Please SIGNUP to APA first

  2. After the initial SINGUP, please SIGNIN to APA

If you login and get a message telling you to contact an administrator, please reach out to your vendor and ask them to check that the address you used to create the APA account is one of the Escalation Levels they have for your company

If you don't remember your password, you can press "forgot password" to reset it, a link will be sent to your inbox as long as you are using the correct APA link (US prefix if your vendor in the US) and correct e-mail address.

Please note that the password reset email has a 30 minute expiration timer on it.

This should solve the issue.
